Dr. Anderson is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in attachment styles for couples and marriage therapy working in Raleigh and surrounding NC areas. Dr. Anderson, utilizes Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT couples therapy) to help couples better connect, communicate, and heal. She also works with couples for affair recovery and infidelity counseling.

She enjoys working with individual clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship troubles. Dr. Anderson incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients reach their goals. Dr. Anderson individualizes her approach to best meet the needs of each unique client.

Dr. Keller recognizes that each individual and couple is unique, meaning that therapy must be intricately tailored to fit the needs of her clients. She has experience working with individual adults and couples. Dr. Keller utilizes emotionally-focused therapy in her work with couples in order to reduce feelings of distress and isolation and promote healing, connectedness, and communication. Over the course of therapy, Dr. Keller can assist couples experiencing challenges related to communication, emotional distance, intimacy, infidelity/betrayal, and other life changes.

In terms of individual work, Dr. Keller is passionate about working with adults throughout all stages of life. She enjoys working with clients struggling with adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, men’s issues, relationship concerns, trauma/PTSD, women’s health, and other life transitions. Dr. Keller provides both process-based therapy (interpersonal processing therapy and emotionally-focused therapy) and skills-based therapy (cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy). Regarding trauma work, Dr. Keller is trained in cognitive processing therapy.

Amy Leon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in working with couples and individuals. Amy works with couples to overcome communication challenges, disconnection, intimacy, and those considering separation or divorce. Amy helps her couples re-establish or deepen their connection to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives together. Amy is trained and certified in Gottman Method (Level I & II), a powerful evidence-based therapy to help couples struggling in their relationship. Additionally, Amy is a certified Collaborative Divorce therapist.

Amy works with individuals and is particularly passionate about women’s mental health. Amy supports women and individuals to overcome depression, anxiety, career challenges, burn out, and grief. Amy is an LGBTQ affirming therapist. She works from a Relational System Lens and combines evidence-based treatments including Solutions Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote not just symptom relief, but lasting change.

Dr. Santaella received her doctorate in clinical psychology, with over seven years of experience treating individuals and couples across the lifespan. She holds a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from APA accredited Albizu University. Dr. Santaella has extensive training and passion treating individuals struggling with trauma and PTSD. She is trained in both Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), two of the most widely researched evidence-based treatments for trauma therapy. Dr. Santaella also received training and certification in Somatic Trauma Treatment and the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals understand how their trauma impacts their physical and cognitive development, relationships with others, and view of self and others.

Dr. Santaella is fully bilingual and has worked in a variety of settings to include private practice, hospitals, mental health centers, schools, crisis stabilizations units, out-patient and in-patient facilities, elder care, forensic practices, and research facilities. Her extensive training and experience allows her to carefully create the most effective treatment plan based on your individual history, upbringing, presenting concerns, behaviors, and emotional functioning.

Lauren Stevens is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor native to North Carolina. Lauren has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She works with clients ages 10 and above on a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief and trauma, relationship issues, life changes, and identity.

Lauren is passionate about seeing young women and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples in particular. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Person-Centered beliefs of understanding, authenticity, and positive regard with a variety of techniques that work best for each client.
