Dr. Cunningham is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in attachment styles for couples and marriage therapy, working in Raleigh and the surrounding NC areas. Dr. Cunningham utilizes Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples therapy to help partners better connect, communicate, and heal. She also works with couples for affair recovery and infidelity counseling.

Sophie Burns, MSW, LCSW, is a dedicated therapist with extensive experience supporting adults, adolescents, couples, children, and families. Holding a master’s degree in clinical social work, she has worked across diverse settings, including private practice, inpatient hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, and schools. Dr. Hendrick received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is experienced working with adults, couples, and older adolescents. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals struggling with interpersonal relationships, attachment injury, emotion regulation, impulsivity, depression, trauma, and anxiety. She is experienced in working with women’s mental and maternal health, fertility, prenatal, and postpartum concerns. She is a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist, an evidence-based model to support those struggling with intense emotional experiences and distress. Dr. Hendrick masterfully tailors her work on an individual basis to ensure you can experience lasting change by integrating Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Dr. Hendrick is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), one of the leading scientifically backed couples therapy models in the field of psychology. Amy Leon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in working with couples and individuals. Amy works with couples to overcome communication challenges, disconnection, intimacy, and those considering separation or divorce. Amy helps her couples re-establish or deepen their connection to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives together. Amy is trained and certified in the Gottman Method (Levels I & II), a powerful evidence-based therapy to help couples struggling in their relationships.
