Relationship Readiness Group for Singles

Group Therapy for Singles Seeking Healthy Relationships

Being single can bring up a mix of emotions. You may feel hopeful, tired, discouraged, content, lonely, curious, or unsure of what you want next. You may want a meaningful relationship, but not at the cost of settling, losing yourself, or repeating patterns that have hurt you before.

This therapy group is designed for adults who are single and want to better understand themselves, their relationship patterns, their needs, and the kind of love they want to build in the future. In a supportive and clinically grounded setting, participants will have space to explore relationship readiness, emotional patterns, boundaries, self-worth, and what healthy connection can look like.

You May Relate If...

  • Want a relationship but do not want to settle

  • Feel like everyone else is moving forward while you are still waiting

  • Have a hard time knowing what you really want in love

  • Notice patterns of people-pleasing, chasing, retreating, over-functioning, or shutting down

  • Struggle to trust your own judgment in relationships

  • Want clearer boundaries and non-negotiables

  • Feel anxious, discouraged, or conflicted about dating

  • Want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself before entering a relationship

If these experiences feel familiar, you are not alone. This group is designed to help participants feel less isolated, better understand their relationship patterns, and begin building a clearer, healthier vision for love and connection.

In This Group You Will...

This group is designed to help you better understand yourself in relationships and begin practicing the skills that support healthy, reciprocal love. In this group, you will:

  • Explore what kind of relationship you truly want

  • Identify patterns that may show up in dating, attachment, communication, and conflict

  • Clarify boundaries, needs, and non-negotiables

  • Build greater self-awareness around attraction, anxiety, avoidance, and self-protection

  • Practice naming what you need without abandoning yourself

  • Learn how to recognize emotional safety, consistency, and reciprocity

  • Experience support in a therapeutic setting with others navigating similar questions
